On the Tianjie Street of Taihu Fairyland, there is a special kind of wonton in Tianxianglou Restaurant made of whitebait which is one of the three specialties in Taihu Lake. The white and tender wonton boiled in soup-stock with chopped green onions is really mouth-watering.
