Hengyun Restaurant innovatively blends the delicious lake fishes with marvelous lake landscape, and is famous for dishes made of the three specialties of Taihu Lake, namely white fish, whitebait and white shrimp. It also offers medium-and high-grade boat banquets inspired by the four seasons, the dishes in which are typical of Jiangnan watery towns. The banquets are available at different scales. The banquet menu is recorded in Wuxi Cuisine.
