Pavilions hide in the wooded mountains, and the lighthouse rises high by the lakeside. In the distance, the isles appear and disappear in waves; to the fore, it’s the sound of waves lapping on the shore. This is the heart of Yuantouzhu, where landmarks along the lakeshore bear witness to its history, including Lighthouse, Yuantouzhu Stele, Cliffside Inscriptions of Chinese Character Hengyun (横云), Bronze Statue of Zhenze Divine Turtle, Chenglan Hall and Feiyun Pavilion.
